Take the four rectangles for the big pocket lining: match them in pairs, and stitch along two sides only. Turn right side out, press, and top-stitch on the stitched sides only. Put them behind the trousers front, with the top-stitched comer showing behind the slanted edge of the big pockets. Pin in place, and stitch to make the actual pocket: start about 2.5 cm1 inch in from the corner of the pocket, down 6.5 cm212 inches and rounding back to the side. Stitch again along the waistline to hold the fabric in place at the back.rnJoin one side of the trousers: place the front over the back, overlapping about 13 mmVi inch, and top-stitch, starting only at the edge of the slanted pocket, and finishing at the lower pants edge; do not stitch the pocket lining, as Poppas will be fitted there. Do the same for the second side.rnHem the lower edges of the trousers, and top-stitch. Right sides together, join front to back and stitch the underleg.rnStitch two Poppas on the sides, and two to join the straps to the front.
